The Food Fox and I recently shot some recipes using Rozendal’s exquisite handcrafted vinegars – wow I never knew vinegar could be this delicious! A serious eye opener. If you’re in Stellenbosch do take some time to pop in to their vinaigrier on the way up towards the Jonkershoek Valley. Here’s a super chicken marinade made with the fynbos infusion.
