With your 1000w smile, infectious laugh and the most beautiful complexion my camera has ever seen And what a joy to follow you and Thomas through your wedding day and watch you two start this journey together, a South African girl and an American guy living in Saudi Arabia and getting married in Cape Town It was an emotional day and a beautiful one – I know you will never forget everything that went into it. There is such a strength in your devotion to each other and I wish for you both all the best blessings life can give you. txx

This is our third photo shoot with Callum, Bronwyn and Louis! It’s been amazing to watch Callum’s progress from six months old to a year and now eighteen months From just being able to sit up on his own to now haring around and keeping mum and dad on their toes!! I just love spending time with this awesome family!! It’s a treat to watch this little man growing up Thank you guys for another fantastic day out with the camera!! txx

OK I have an admission to make – I was really skeptical about the Food Fox’s idea to make a crustless pear and almond tart. A tart with no pastry – isn’t that the best bit??? Well, how she proved me wrong and shame on me for doubting the ultimate domestic goddess in the kitchen!! This tart is the tea-time biz and so much quicker to make than the classic original!
