Food from the Karoo, also known as FFTK, is the brain child of Tania Harrison, a Karoo plaas-meisjie who likes to take time out from her hectic career as director of the Cape Town based design agency Code, to make the most of her family farm in the Karoo. She sells the most amazing meat products and farm specialities from Karoo lamb and free-range pork to the world’s best buttermilk rusks and straight-from-the-farm-kitchen ‘Farmalade’.
