Weddings are a beautiful affair it goes without saying – a mix of people at their happiest and venues at their loveliest. And once in a while I get to tell a story that has a really different kind of beauty to it – enter Victoria and Mark. Some of the first cooking videos (yes they were videos back then) I remember my dad watching was the Julia Childs series that he imported from America – quite a big deal back then! Fast forward quite a few years and here we are photographing Julia’s now famous Boeuf Bourguignon made just as she instructs.
