I love engagement shoots for their relaxed nature and they often give me a little more scope to play around a bit with my editing style. During the shoot we chatted about the amazing Rocky Mountain woods vibe of our location so I thought I’d grade the colours with some soft autumny shades and really bring out the textures of the forest.

What a fantastic couple Ilna and Neil are and we had a lot of good laughs in between the moody photos! I can’t wait for their beautiful winter wedding – not so long now, it feels!
