This is without doubt one of the prettiest weddings of the season! Grand Dedale loveliness, Fleur le Cordeur floral creations, long sleeved lace and orchids galore!! Plus some Jimmy Choos ;-) Amy and Tim flew out all the way from the UK for their beautiful South African wedding as Tim’s family is involved with the Goedgedacht Trust outside of Malmesbury and they know first hand how gorgeous it is out here :-) With the brilliant co-ordination by Anna Marcelle Weddings the whole day ran beautifully and Amy was a vision of classic perfection!! What a wedding to end off this year’s season! Michelle and Travis said their vows and partied the night away at Langkloof Roses, one of my favourite venues!! The amazing team at Langkloof have made this rose farm into a wonderful little gem hidden just outside of Wellington, full of such charm and creativity. My weddings at Langkloof always seem to be heart-fillingly emotional affairs and this one was no exception. Since both of their dads have sadly passed away this was an especially emotional day for Michelle and Travis. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house, mine included… Michelle and Travis, you two are something special… You’ve been through so much and it seems to have only made you stronger and I know your own family in the coming years will feel loved and cherished because of it… Where are those tissues?
